With everything you have access to, you can choose to use as much or as little as you like.

The choice and flexibility you have is always on you, what you need at the time, and how this benefits you achieving your goals. I will keep you accountable and push you when necessary to help you grow from where you are now.

  • Depending on your goals, we have different options available. Therefore, you get a certain number of sessions each week from 1-9 sessions. Most clients come along to 2-4 sessions each week.
  • You have access to every exercise we ever teach in our online portal so you can learn more outside of sessions if you wish.
  • You have access to mobility and stretching routines to work on outside of sessions. We work on these areas inside the sessions too, so you always make progress in every aspect of your body.
  • You have access to a Facebook group where I offer, tips, advice and support to help you on your journey. You can also get support from other members in the group.You get access to all the advice that you need concerning nutrition. To allow your body to function at its best, whether that is helping you lose weight, build muscle, recover faster…whatever your needs are around what you eat and how to optimise for your goals, my team and I have you covered.
  • You get access to specific plans, unique to you and your needs, whether you are brand new or whether you have been doing this for years.
  • You get access to self-awareness tools that see you make more progress in a few weeks, than you would normally see in several months
  • You also get before and after pictures and videos Of your progress.
