You know the things that you do, that you could easily put off…
Those things are worth celebrating.
Well, most of the information we see on a daily basis is NEGATIVE
Especially if you watch the NEWS.
It seems doom and gloom is always out there.
It’s just that the NEGATIVE sells.
Don’t get me wrong, every now and again there are positives.
It’s a rarity
And that’s the same with your thoughts and feelings.
Your thoughts and feelings control your mindset, your mood and your actions
This is why its so important to celebrate your successes.

In the transformation game, what’s the ONE BIG FOCUS
The thing is
Most people don’t want Weight Loss
That doesn’t mean anything and that’s why it’s the WRONG focus.
It’s what it does for you, and how it makes you feel.
Looking back and being able to review your successes allows you to see how far you’ve come.
You see. Your mind will play TRICKS on you. You’ll have a negative moment
And you will think, this isn’t working!!
And you’ll convince yourself through feelings…rather than FACTS.
Again. Look back. See how far you’ve come.
Your mind will still convince you that the old weight watchers routine works…”I always lose SO MUCH, I lose 8lbs a week!”
Yeah and you also put it all back on…
With that approach and many others you never learn anything, very rarely are you educated on how YOUR body works.
It takes time when done properly
It takes learning new habits
Following new patterns and behaviours
And the pay off.
SUCCESS… you actually achieve what you want
Your thoughts and feelings will be more positive
Remind yourself of the bigger picture.
And don’t fall for STUPID.
Because many approaches are just that.
Choose to learn from someone who can guide you to what works for you.
