You must protect this vital body part for many health reasons

For a lot of people and especially women, you need to protect the integrity of your gut.

Why do women have it tough?


And the effects stress has on your digestive system.

If you suffer from any digestion issues like:





>mucous build up after eating or anything else.

You will benefit from what comes next.

The reason for any of the above is usually down to leaky gut, small holes in your intestines that cause larger food particles to enter your blood stream.

Your body reacts and fights this as a foreign a virus.

Then you have your symptoms.

Or you have an imbalance with your good and bad bacteria in your gut.

If you’ve had antibiotics... you are also at risk.

As you have a lower level of good bacteria. And it needs topping up.

So how can you fix this?

Throwing probiotics at it first doesn’t always help.

What do you do?

Well, you need lots of nutrients to help rebuild the gaps. And it’s worthwhile eliminating foods you know cause problems...for many that’s wheat and dairy.

Bone broth is fantastic to introduce at this point to heal a broken gut.

Cooking a big batch and then consuming 1-2 250ml glasses each day will help.

As you progress with this protocol, you can then add fermented vegetables, kefir, kimchi, kombucha and other probiotic foods and drinks.

There’s a number of people who suffer with a condition called dysbiosis, which is an imbalance of your bodies bacteria...

And when out of balance that’s where many run into assortment of problems

Regain balance...and you will find healthier eating, exercise and many other things you can do for yourself bring you greater rewards.

A stressed body would benefit from all the above suggestions...but without eliminating the stresses in life or learning how to deal with them better you will never fully realise your potential.
