We take you through a series of foundational movements to know your starting point, your strengths, your weaknesses, where you need to improve and so on. This allows us to set the right plan up for you, to WIN. So that you succeed and know what steps you need to take. Resulting in awareness, understanding, and positive action, that gives you confidence.
Nutrition
Most people have an idea of what healthy eating looks like. However, most people don’t truly know their own behaviours around food and their impacts. Otherwise, you wouldn’t need help in this area. Yet, 99.99% of people do.
Often with little subtle changes, that allow you to make progress in the long run.
Some clients need more structure and a clear path, where a meal plan, and specific foods may be given to drive their success.
We will work out what’s appropriate for your situation, through assessing you and speaking with you. This is bespoke to you, for best results.

Preparing rooms to exercise, to de-stress, to groom and clean… all help you lean in to the best version of you.
Having the right foods in the house make following healthy eating habits far easier.

Mindset
How you ACT, how you think, and how you respond go a long way into driving the success of anything you are working towards.
We help clients look through a new lens that drives opportunity, it looks at what you can do, rather than can’t. We help you through our process of self enquiry called “create freedom”.
Which allows you to take the breaks off the things that hold you back, giving you action steps to make progress in any area.
Often the areas that trigger stress or any negative emotions are the key to your biggest breakthroughs. We help this through Create Freedom. A resource and tool to help understand and bring awareness to your thoughts, and resulting actions. So that you learn how to do what is in your long term best interest, rather than being reactive to short term circumstance and feelings. It’s super powerful and a life saver!
Goals, Purpose and your Why
Your goals have to mean something. Often in the beginning they will be quite surface level. We encourage you to think both bigger and deeper about your goals.
For example. Why are they important? Why must you achieve them, and why does that matter? If you were to dig deeper again in to why it matters, you start to uncover the real reason you want to change.
This is getting closer to your PURPOSE. And your real WHY. We have a process to get you very clear with your answers.
Deep Health
Looking at you as a whole we consider your own DEEP HEALTH. This looks into the inter-relationship of these 6 areas: Physical, Social, Existential, Emotional, Mental and Environmental.
You can see those integrated into all of the information above. Transformation without this whole life approach isn’t successful, it is often short lived and is a waste of time and resources that could be better placed.

Deep Stress
With in DEEP HEALTH. There too is challenges, in which we call Stress, deep stress. Let me share examples across each area:
Physical
This could come from injury, illness, over training, poor sleep, toxic substances in the body and many more.
Social
Stress from relationships, loneliness, interpersonal conflict, rejection, lack of community, social exclusion, and inequality. Again, there are many more.Existential
Hopelessness, despair, lack of meaning, inability to cope with life transitions, and mortality.Emotional
Grief, anger, shame, fear, disgust, poor emotional self regulation and coping, emotional labour etc.Mental
