Sam Stocks Transformational Coaching takes a unique approach to coaching. Rather than simply showing up for sessions. You are coached daily, through online coaching, supportive texts and reminders, habit forming behavioural practices and more. You will of course come to live sessions each week, ranging from 1 to 4 sessions a week for most people’s needs. The approach taken is one in which we tackle the number one REASON people fail. Which is Mindset.
Transformation. It starts with you. Exploring your wants and needs. How do I do this? Well, I invite you to have a conversation, whether that be by phone, in person or over a zoom call. The purpose is to ask you questions to find out how to get the most from you. You have a goal, an outcome you would love to achieve. The problem is. You are not sure the best way to get there. You’ve most likely come across challenges, had failures and some successes. It’s my job to workout what’s held you back and what’s missing from your daily habits, that when instilled, you will see success after success.
Setting expectations from the start is key. Outlining what you can expect and the results that are possible when you follow my advice. Those who have gone before you are here to speak with and ask questions of. So, you know when you show up and do the work, it’s just a matter of time to produce the same results.
