Our online coaching comes in a few different methods, whether your online experience will be in a one-to-one setting or a small group setting we have different options to allow you to achieve your goals. It’s important understanding what you need and what your expectations are in terms of results and outcomes you would like to achieve. We have certain questions to ask you to work out what the best way forwards would be.

For example, you may be the kind of person that needs support that is a live experience, where I would direct you through exercise, help you with aspects of your diet including what foods to eat when to eat, how to eat them, and so much more.


Other options could be where I simply give you a plan, including videos, tons of direction, guidance help and support and this would be to allow you to achieve set targets, introduce behaviours and habits that allow you to reach your goals.

One would involve more of my time and support, whereas the other would involve videos and guidelines that I have already created, or create new ones for you specifically. Ultimately it comes down to finding out exactly what you need to achieve your goals and then delivering you that.

Our online coaching is delivered via zoom, videos that you will find on YouTube privately, and our own private membership website. The live sessions are via zoom, and anything that involves catching up, or following along with our resources, including instructional how-to videos, will be on the other options highlighted above. Allowing you to thoroughly understand exercises and movements you need to perform to achieve your goals.
