It stops you dead in your tracks. And often the labels we put on ourselves and our actions can mean we never overcome our challenges.

They are simply thoughts, thoughts about the past, thoughts about the present, thoughts about the future. Sometimes they cause worry, sometimes they cause sadness, sometimes they cause fear, an assortment of emotions that sometimes stop you from living the life you want.
