Our daily mobility practice is taught to all of our clients, it is a short practice lasting 15 to 20 minutes which we encourage all of our clients to perform every morning to start their day. Clients often notice far better movement within a couple of weeks.

The next video is the first exercise and stage of our Daily CARS system. Which is a way of mobilising the joints that promote health and longevity. This first exercise focuses on mobility at the neck, and I discuss crucial factors in the performance of this exercise, including what to look out for to remain safe and effective to achieve the outcome you want… a healthy mobile joint.
