The female body is one that is complex, why? Because the fluctuations in hormones on a monthly basis mean that many things can affect the ability to exercise at a certain level, the foods you should eat, how you should sleep and so much more. There are set daily activities you can get more from, there are certain foods you can eat at certain times of the month which will help manage your stress, improve your sleep and your energy levels.

Optimising your nutrition, how you exercise and when you exercise can go a long way to you improving your results from the time you commit to exercise, what you eat and other things you use to achieve the results you want.

Optimising the female body includes understanding where you are at, your current lifestyle and maybe how that needs to change to achieve the results you want.

This is why it is important to have a conversation with me as an expert coach …Consider what you really want. Why do you want? Literally, write that down, grab a piece of paper, writing it down, and then ask why, and then answer that and continue to ask why at least five times until you get to your real answer.

By working out what you specifically want, you can make sure you have everything built as a foundation of your plan to reach your goal. It’s important because this is gonna be your motivation. And sometimes on your worst days maybe motivation won’t be there but you’ll do it anyway. And that’s where you need to be to achieve your best.
