This is our latest virtual stretching and mobility session, we coach via zoom, from the comfort of your own home, all you need is a yoga mat or a simple floor space where you can move and stretch your body, other tools that can come in handy are yoga blocks, a tennis ball and sometimes a yoga belt or belt of some sort. These involve holding stretches for specific periods of time whilst also strengthening and controlling other body parts in a flow routine that delivers fantastic results.
