Todays the day where you have an EXCUSE to indulge

And often if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle

It can often be followed by feelings of GUILT or SHAME

The good news is your body is fantastic at adapting.

If you are generally eating a healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle

Your body will adjust and you will likely burn those extra calories.

So there is nothing to worry about.

Unless that over-indulgence continues, then there may be a problem.

You see. All calories count.

There is no BAD food.

It’s just FOOD

The thing to appreciate, that will help your energy, sleep and general wellbeing…

Is what the food contains.


The problem with chocolate…

It’s not really nutritious…

Think FRUIT and VEG… they have tons of value and are not very high in calories…

Whereas your traditional super-size chocolate Easter Egg, has very little nutrient value and is HIGH in calories.
