The other day I posted a video talking about how we get used to INSTANT gratification…

Because so much of what we want these days is available in an instant.

When we want recognition, we can go over to our favourite social media platforms and get a dopamine fix by seeing how many likes or hearts we have accrued.

Anyhoo.

When it comes to your health and wellbeing…

And more specifically how you feel about yourself both mentally and physically

QUICK FIXES should be questioned.

And usually avoided.

As mentioned above.

Emma has learnt a ton in a short period of time.

Most women who have weight challenges/ struggles have tried:

Weight Watchers

Slimming World

Clean 9

Juice Plus

And all the other faddy diets out there.

Now. Don’t get me wrong.

Slimming World and Weight Watchers… they are well intentioned.

The problem is.

When I’m working with women between 30-60 years of age

And hear how they lose weight, then pile it back on again…

And this cycle continues for years and years…

It kind of suggests that most people’s results are temporary.

These FADS

They never fix the under-lying cause…

Education

Hormonal imbalance

Lack of adequate Nutrients

Poor Sleep

And many more factors that are rarely considered.

Emma has instilled daily habits, adapting her lifestyle to the person she wants to become.

That person has been there all along.

We are not changing you necessarily.

We are bringing out your best bits.

Most women are a few lessons and suggestions away from their best selves

When you recognise that with the right habits, your life, 3 months, 6 months or a year down the line can be significantly different.

Some women, maybe you, get disheartened when they step on the scale and see only 1lb of weight loss from 1 week of effort.

If you do that weekly for a year, you are down 52lbs…

That’s pretty significant.

Look at the bigger picture.

When you see someone who loses 8lbs in a week…

Most of that is water.

You do not want to lose water.

You do not want to lose Muscle

You want to LOSE… FAT.

Understanding this can give you a better Head Space when it comes to how you measure progress.

Having your body fat measured is a great start.

Seeing where you lose body fat from…

This shows where you need help hormonally.

When you know what to look for

When you know how to apply that to enhance results.

You will not only look better.

You will feel better.

And that’s what most women want… is to feel better.
